How can I report a faulty product?
Please email info@milash.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order with any product faults.
Can I amend my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot always amend orders once an order has been placed. We recommend you double check the contents before proceeding to make the payment.
Can I cancel my order?
Please note, that due to the super-fast processing time of your orders, it may not always be possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.  Should this be the case, the team will further advise on the alternative options available.
How can I return an item?
You are welcome to return any unwanted within 14 days of receiving the item(s). The goods must be returned unused, unopened, and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from MiLash. If you wish to return any item for any reason, you are invited first to contact our Customer Care team. Please send an email to info@milash.co.uk to discuss any specifics and receive further instructions.
