Returns:

You are welcome to return any unwanted within 14 days of receiving the item(s) if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened, and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from MiLash. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.
If you wish to return any item for any reason, you are invited first to contact our Customer Care team. Please send an email to info@milash.co.uk to discuss any specifics and receive further instructions.

Delivery:

Our dispatch team is open Monday to Friday 8:30 am till 4:30 pm and closed on weekends and bank holidays.

Please note, our delivery schedule is in “working days”. Any orders placed on Friday before the cut-off (before 3 pm) will arrive Monday for “next day” services.

Orders placed after the cut-off (anytime from 3 pm) Friday through to Sunday, and up to 3 pm Monday, will be dispatched on Monday.

Next Day Delivery – Order before 2pm to receive Next Day Delivery Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 2pm Thursday will be posted Friday and received Monday. UK only. Please note Norther Ireland & Scotland can take two days although it may take longer.

Please note next day delivery is aimed for delivery by close of play next business day however sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances orders may take longer.

Standard Delivery – This is a signed for service provided by Royal Mail and they aim for delivery between 2-5 working days, however can in extreme circumstances can take up to 10 business days.
